Receptionist
Professional front desk staff to welcome and assist your visitors.
What a Receptionist does
A receptionist is the first person a visitor meets and the voice on every incoming call. The role combines front-desk presence with real administrative work: bookings, visitor records, courier handling, and support for the teams behind the desk.
Day to day
- Welcome visitors and manage the front desk through the day
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Maintain visitor logs, passes, and meeting-room bookings
- Handle incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to the wider team
What we screen for
- One or more years on a front desk or in customer service
- Clear spoken and written English; Arabic strongly preferred
- Comfortable with email, calendars, and office software
- Composed under pressure and consistently presentable
How we place them
Every placement runs through the same five steps, whatever the role.
- 1 Step 01
Employer submits a request with role, quantity, and requirements
- 2 Step 02
We shortlist pre-screened, trained candidates from our talent pool
- 3 Step 03
Candidates are interviewed and selected by the employer
- 4 Step 04
We handle documentation, visa processing, and travel logistics
- 5 Step 05
Workers are deployed and supported throughout their contract
