Office Boy
Reliable support staff for daily office assistance and errands.
What a Office Boy does
An office boy keeps the working day moving: refreshments for staff and visitors, meeting rooms set before they are needed, documents and deliveries moved between floors, and the pantry stocked. Small tasks, but the office notices immediately when they stop.
Day to day
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Set up and clear meeting rooms before and after bookings
- Move documents, files, and deliveries between departments
- Keep the pantry stocked and the service areas tidy
- Run external errands such as bank and courier drops
What we screen for
- Previous office support or hospitality experience
- Basic English for instructions and visitor contact
- Presentable and comfortable around senior staff
- Organised enough to hold a fixed daily routine
How we place them
Every placement runs through the same five steps, whatever the role.
- 1 Step 01
Employer submits a request with role, quantity, and requirements
- 2 Step 02
We shortlist pre-screened, trained candidates from our talent pool
- 3 Step 03
Candidates are interviewed and selected by the employer
- 4 Step 04
We handle documentation, visa processing, and travel logistics
- 5 Step 05
Workers are deployed and supported throughout their contract
Why hire a Office Boy through us

- Pre-screened, trained, and verified candidates
- End-to-end documentation and visa support
- Dedicated support throughout the contract period
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees
