Carpenter
Expert carpenters for woodwork, furniture, and installations.
What a Carpenter does
Carpentry on a Gulf site splits into two very different jobs: shuttering carpentry that forms and strikes concrete, and finishing carpentry that fits doors, joinery, and fit-out. Most candidates are strong in one and not the other, so which one you need should be settled before interviews.
Day to day
- Build, erect, and strike formwork for concrete pours
- Fit doors, frames, skirting, and fixed joinery
- Assemble and install furniture and fit-out items
- Measure, cut, and finish timber to drawing
- Maintain hand and power tools in safe condition
What we screen for
- Three or more years in shuttering or finishing carpentry
- Can work accurately from drawings and cutting lists
- Competent with circular saw, router, and fixing tools
- Site safety aware, with clean and accurate finishing work
How we place them
Every placement runs through the same five steps, whatever the role.
- 1 Step 01
Employer submits a request with role, quantity, and requirements
- 2 Step 02
We shortlist pre-screened, trained candidates from our talent pool
- 3 Step 03
Candidates are interviewed and selected by the employer
- 4 Step 04
We handle documentation, visa processing, and travel logistics
- 5 Step 05
Workers are deployed and supported throughout their contract
Why hire a Carpenter through us
We separate shuttering and finishing carpenters at the screening stage rather than sending you a mixed list to sort out. That single distinction is where most carpentry placements go wrong.

- End-to-end documentation and visa support
- Dedicated support throughout the contract period
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees
